Over the last month the Ibex team has focused on reporting and we have improved two key areas of our reporting suite
What’s new?
Coverage reporting
At Ibex, we’re not only focused on tracking customers we have contacted, we are also interested in tracking the customers we haven’t contacted. This is why we have added coverage to our reporting suite.
This was added so that we are able to track how many players we do contact against the whole contactable customer base.
Being at 100% coverage would be the ideal scenario, however this often isn’t the case because there isn’t a profitable action for every type of customer and Ibex will only send a marketing action if its profitable.
The discrepancy between 100% coverage and the actual coverage rate shows that there are improvements to be made to the offers and templates for certain customers and this addition to the reporting suite will help highlight this.
Ibex lab
The Ibex lab was created with providing the most actionable insights in mind so this month we have continued our progress on this tool by adding a few more features.
The first feature we have included is the size of customer groups as well as their expected future value. This will help to determine where efforts should be concentrated so that the intervention made results in the maximum possible impact.
The second feature we have added is a graph which tracks performance over time. This will help visualise the improvements in performance due to any changes made.
Both improvements to the coverage reporting and the Ibex lab will combine to create a workflow which encourages and promotes continued improvements, making Ibex the best tool for all your marketing needs.
