What’s new?
Broadcasting actions
We understand that not every customer interaction needs to be optimised. Sometimes it’s necessary to communicate announcements and service information to customers at a specific point in time.
With the latest version of the Ibex portal, clients can configure broadcast actions for exactly this purpose. Instead of optimising who to send these actions to, we integrate them alongside the existing offers. The actions can be linked to custom audiences and scheduled for a specific date and time, or even recurring calendar.
This new functionality allows for all communications to be managed in a single location. Broadcasting announcements may be necessary to provide an effective customer experience; managing these messages with Ibex allows them to ‘play nice’ with the existing promotions – not spamming a user’s inbox, and not compromising the analysis of regular promotions.
Welcome journey
Early in the life cycle it’s critical to establish positive customer behaviour. We have refined our lifetime value models to better understand how offers affect the value of recently acquired customers.
Ibex is now a lot more intelligent when targeting customers in their welcome journey and can better understand how generous to be for newer customers to nurture this positive behaviour and drive long term growth in the retained base.
We have also made some improvements to the Ibex reports so that we can better track early life cycle customers and report on the effects of the changes we have made.
Ibex lab
We have improved our already extensive reporting suite to ensure we are feeding back the most actionable insights possible.
This month we have added the Ibex Lab. This is a reporting tool which focuses on providing insights on which types of customers don’t currently have optimal offers. This allows you to identify key areas of opportunity and improve performance in these areas.
These updates to the reports will be key for driving constant improvements to offers and templates fed into Ibex and will allow us to better cater for more niche cohorts of customers.
