A groundbreaking trial conducted by Ibex has proven a Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) uplift of up to 20% compared to manual campaigns conducted by a team using a well-known CRM provider.
Ibex leverages artificial intelligence to provide automated and intelligent marketing recommendations. Unencumbered by traditional staffing costs, Ibex achieved this significant NGR uplift with up to 17% less in bonus spend.
The trial was conducted over two months with a 50/50 randomised player split. To make this a fair test, the same marketing actions were available to both parties and, to avoid outliers skewing the results, VIPs were excluded from the results.
